Technical Specification
General Description

 

 

The model as standard includes 56 zone heater layout, temperature controlled tooling and pyrometer reading of sheet, ensuring each skin is identically formed well within the temperature recommended by sheet manufacturers.

Incorporating vacuum hold aperture plates and tooling enabling fast turnaround on tool size changes, formings of different sizes may be run together.

All settings i.e. tool material type gauge etc. can be saved and recalled automatically.
